2005chedule of events:

9:45 a.m. - Coaches Meeting
Track events will be run oldest to youngest, and girls before boys. we will combine age groups together if the entries are small, but they will be awarded seperately.

10 am - 1500 Metres. LJ-14M/15M, HJ-11M, Shot-9M/10M, Disc-12M/13M

10:30 am - LJ-14F/15F, HJ-11F, Shot-9F/10F, Disc-12F/13F

11 am - 100 Metres - Timed finals. LJ-12M/13M, HJ-9M/10M, Shot-11M, Disc-14M/15M

11:30 - LJ-12F/13F, HJ-9F/10F, Shot-11F, Disc-14F/15F

12:30 - 50M Special event - 6-8 year olds. LJ-11M, HJ-14M/15M, Shot-12M/13M, Disc-10M

1 pm - 400 Metres. LJ-11F, HJ-14F/15F, Shot-12F/13F, Disc-10F

1:30 - LJ-9M/10M, HJ-12M/13M, Shot-14M/15M, Disc-11M, Special Event - Mini-Javelin ages 6-8 boys & girls

2:00 - 800 Metres. LJ-9F/10F, HJ-12F/13F, Shot-14F/15F, Disc-11F

2:30 - Long Jump 6 - 8 year olds, boys & girls.

Entry Fees:
$5.00 per athlete for the day.
$3.00 Day of Meet BC Athletic Membership if not a member.
Seeding:
We are not likely to use seeding for the heats.

Preferably each club can designate 1 person to submit all registrations and pay at that time.
Spike length:
 Maximum spike length on track and horizontal jumps is 5mm.
Concession:
 Open throughout the meet for your convenience.
Hot lunch, hot and cold drinks and snacks are available.
