SFTC Athletes Finish Strong at BC Summer Games Langley July 2010
all 5 of our athetes medaled or made finals at the BC Summer Games (Select Team), bringing the best in the Province together onto 1 track and 1 weekend of competition commaradery and Fun.
Kathryn van Ryswyk- Full set Multi-Medalist
- 100M-13.29H/13.26F -2.4W- Bronze
- 80MH-12.59H/12.42F -1.5W-Silver
- PV-2.30M-Silver
- 4x100m-Kathryn was the lead runner, made up 1 full stagger and 50% of the 2nd stagger, then a silky smooth @ 90% speed pass to 2nd team runner Adrianna, giving the team a sizeable lead. they finished strong with Gold around there necks.

Implement Weigh/Measure 7.30AM – 9.00AM
All throwing implements brought in by athletes must be weighed/measured between 07:30 and 09:00 on april 24th, or if needed, arrangements can be made for Friday April 23 please contact Mark Graf at 778-847-1128 if there is a need for a friday weigh in. After 09:00 our official needs to leave the meet and will not be returning. Items checked in on Friday, will be stored on site and the Athlete can pick it up on Saturday morning.
