Kathryn van Ryswyk- Full set Multi-Medalist

1. 100M-13.29H/13.26F  -2.4W- Bronze
2. 80MH-12.59H/12.42F -1.5W-Silver
3. PV-2.30M-Silver
4. 4×100m-Kathryn was the lead runner, made up 1 full stagger and 50% of the 2nd stagger, then a silky smooth @ 90% speed pass to 2nd team runner Adrianna, giving the team a sizeable lead.  they finished strong with Gold around there necks.

Rachel Radu-Medalist

1. LJ-5.15M-(PB)-Silver, She is starting to FLY.
2. TJ-10.40m-5th Place

Zoe Stainthorpe-Finalist 100m-13.13H/ 13.74F -2.4W- 7th overall in Finals

Matt Piaseczny - Full set Multi-Medalist

1.  100M-12.14H/11.92F  0.0W- Bronze
2.  200M-25.46H/-11th overall
3. PV-2.50M-Silver
4. 4×100m-46.54-Gold, Matt showed his relay prowess running 2nd and having 2 silky smooth 90% speed exchanges with the 1st & 2nd  runners, making up ground for his Zone 3 team’s Gold medal.

Michael Muniak-Multi-Event Champion and Gold Medalist Pentathlon, 2798 Points

1. 100MH 15.7 +1.0w  740 pts.
2. HJ 1.56m  434 pts
3. SP  9.74m  471  pts
4. LJ  5.48m   477 pts
5. 1000 M 2:58.84   676 pts.  Now this was the gutsyest race ever, Michael stayed with his competition until the last  200m,  when he opened up the lead and finished with a very strong 60m lead on his 2nd place competitor.
