Train Speed and Conditioning for Football and Soccer Registration/Schedules

Athletes wanting to improve their Conditioning (Stamina) & SPEED, aged 9-18 for other sports. Will train with the Sprint specific groups only in our club.

High School age group 14-18 yrs (as of Dec 31 2010)-

Season Feb 15 – Mid July

(preconditioning until mid March) 3 times per week Tuesday/ Wednesday/ Friday 5:00pm-6:00pm at Bear Creek Park track North West corner of track by storage containers.

Balance of season 2 times per week Tuesday & Thursday 6:00 or 6:30pm (time tentative) for 1.5-2 hrs gets longer as the season continues.

Cost $200 + $10.50 BC Athletics Training fee (for insurance purposes), = $210.50 per athlete for the season

Plus $200 Volunteer fee cheque, will be cashed and repayed upon completion of 10 hours of family volunteer service

Refund policy: allowed if within 1st month of practices for 75% of monies paid, Deadline March 31st 2010, after March 31st NO REFUNDS.

Elementary age group 9-13 yrs (as of Dec 31 2010)-

Season March 01-Mid July
